Ordering your products is really simple. Just follow these simple steps to place an order on our website/Mobile site-
- Click on the desired product to be ordered, select the desired size and click on "ADD TO CART". Select all the products you wish to buy using this method.
- Once all the desired products are added into the Cart then click on “CART BUTTON”.
- Click on THE “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' button.
- Sign in to your account using your registered email id/ Mobile number and password. If you are visiting the website for the first time then you can choose to check out as a Guest User or you can also create a new account/ signup for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout. We recommend you to create an account which is a simple process.
- Enter your shipping and billing address.
- Re-check your order details.
- Choose from Prepaid & COD payment options.
- In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be redirected to a fully secure RAZOR PAY payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.
- In case you have selected COD then you click on “COD"and complete the transaction.
- Great! Now your order has been successfully placed. You will receive an Order confirmation Mail and SMS with your entire order information.

If you wish to edit your order immediately after placing it, you can email on the given id care@beatnik.in or WhatsApp at 9700700704 to make your desired change. And make sure to do it before the order is dispatched from our end because once the order is dispatched then you can get the product exchanged only.
There is no provision of editing order on the website. Kindly verify your order before finally placing it.

If you wish to return your product then you can click on Returns & Exchanges Tab in Footer and also in My Account section. Just enter your Order Number along with your number/ email id in the space given and follow the steps. You will be given Store Credit for the returned item with a validity of 1 year.
Kindly note that we have a 7 days easy return/exchanged policy.

If you decide to make a cancellation then you will have to mail at care@beatnik.in. or Whatsapp on 9700700704 before the product is dispatched. After the product is dispatched, you will place the exchange request only once the product reaches you.

Please note you can only cancel your order till it hasn’t been dispatched by us. Refund for Debit card/Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking orders will be processed within 7-14 banking days.
If you had placed the order using the Cash on Delivery method , then no amount would be refunded since the order was not paid for.
In case you haven’t received your refund then we request you to write to us at care@beatnik.in with Order Id and screenshot of your Account transactions.

Beatnik has a 7 day exchange policy which gives you an option to exchange items purchased from the website/m-site within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Just make sure that the products are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags intact and packaging for return/ exchange.

Kindly note we will levy a basic charge of INR 150 (transportation cost) at the time of exchange.
In case of second time exchange INR 250 will be charged.

We ship your order within 12- 24 business hours from our warehouse and it will be delivered within 5-7 business days and in maximum cases, however it may take longer, depending on the location.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse we undergo a thorough quality check. Once that is done then it will take a maximum of 24-48 hours to ship the new product. Then it will be delivered within 3-5 business days and in some cases, it may take longer, depending on the location.

Promo code can be entered at the time of Payment. There is an option of Apply coupon wherein you can enter your Coupon code and your discount will be updated automatically.

In case of late delivery, kindly wait a little more for 2-3 days. If the order is still not delivered then write it to us at care@beatnik.in. We will be contacting our logistics partner to expedite your delivery.

That generally doesn't happen. But worst case scenario, if the sizes are not available then Beatnik will cancel and notify you through email and phone number.

No, there is no option of editing the shipping address once the order is placed on the website. However, you can write it to us at our official e-mai id or call us at 9700700704 and we will try to edit the address in our backend if the order is still in our warehouse.

Yes, the courier partner will reattempt to deliver for 1 more time. Delivery partner generally calls you when he arrives at your doorstep. Kindly give him the accurate time to deliver the order again. Also, keep a track of the SMS messages from courier service to be able to present during the delivery time.
If the shipment comes back to the warehouse then you will have to write to us at care@beatnik.in.

If you see that your package has been opened or tampered with, then we request you not to accept the shipment. If the courier partner doesn't accept to take it back then we request you to make a video of the package and share it with us at care@beatnik.in.
Kindly note, any mail after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be entertained.

In case you have received a damaged/ defective product then we request you to inform us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order with the images and videos of the product received. You can do so by writing to us at care@beatnik.in .Kindly follow the instructions to upload the images:
- Make sure all the images are clear and highlight the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit in red.
- All the original labels and tags should be intact and send it along with the invoice.
In case you face any technical difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us on our email care@beatnik.on. We will try our best to resolve the case with 2-3 business days.
Any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.

Yes, we do charge a basic amount of Rs. 100 at the time of Return/ Exchange. However, in case the product received by the customer is defective or of wrong size in that case the refund/ exchange will be free of cost.

Currently, we pick up products only from selected pin codes only.
- We will pick up the return within 3-5 business days from the date of placement of return.
- Please keep the return/exchange shipment ready and ensure that the product(s) is unused, unworn, unwashed and all the tags are intact.
In case your pincode is not accepting the return/ exchange then you can self ship the product at the given address: C-24 Sector A-1, Tronica City Loni, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh -201102.

In case your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, then you will be requested to self-ship the product(s) to be returned via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure that you place a sheet of paper with details of the Order ID and Return/Exchange ID inside and on the front of the package.

Within 7 days of raising the return/ exchange request you can self-ship the product. Any product self-shipped after 7 days will not be considered for return/exchange.
